01 / How it works
Three steps, and you decide when it is done.
No change orders, no hourly rate to argue about at the end of a quarter. You describe the outcome, we build it, you send it back until it is right: the way it would work with a technical co-founder rather than a supplier.

Tell us what you need
A 20-minute call, then you add requests to a shared board. Write them however you like: a paragraph, a screenshot, a voice note. Turning them into specs is our job, not yours.

We work the queue in whatever order you set, and you can reorder it any time. First delivery is usually within 3 working days.

Where the price comes from
Lower than an agency retainer for three reasons: there is no overhead to carry, a good deal of what you would be paying us to build already exists, and the three of us work directly with you, so there is nobody in between to brief or wait for.

What does “unlimited development” actually mean?
You can put as many requests in the queue as you like, reorder them whenever you want, and revisions are never billed separately. What is not unlimited is how fast they come out: we work the queue one item at a time, in your order. If you need two things built at once, you run two queues at the same price each.
How much does it cost?
$3,900 a month per queue, month to month. Committing to a longer term brings it down: $3,500 on a quarterly term, $3,000 on a yearly one. Every term includes the same thing: no tiers, no per-seat pricing and no setup fee. There is also a $1,200 one-week pilot if you would rather try it first.
Can I cancel?
Whenever you like. The plan runs to the end of what you have already paid for, whether that is the month, the quarter or the term, and does not renew after that. Your queue, your code and your environments stay exactly where you left them.
Are you an agency?
No. We work as your technical partner on a subscription: same team every month, no statements of work, and we hold the context about your product rather than rebuilding it at the start of each engagement.
Do you subcontract any of the work?
No. None of it, ever. Everything is built by the three partners you meet on the first call. Nothing is passed to a subcontractor, a freelancer or another agency. There is no junior hand-off and no account manager sitting between you and whoever is building your project.
What if I am not technical?
Most of our clients are not. Describe the outcome you want in plain language and we will come back with what we propose to build and why. Translating a business problem into a technical one is the work.
Do I own the code?
Yes, entirely. We usually build on our own infrastructure to begin with, so you are not provisioning repositories and hosting before there is anything to look at. All of it transfers to your accounts whenever you want it: on request, at the end of a build, or the day you leave. Nothing is held back and the handover never costs extra.
What is not included?
Anything that is not software we can build and ship: paid media buying and ad management, hardware and physical logistics, and work that needs a licensed professional to sign it off. If a request is outside what the subscription covers we say so before starting, never after.
